SiteIntel

Opportunity: Best near-term SaaS candidate if the MVP narrows to high-signal monitoring, findings, and alerts.

Why:

  • Existing architecture already handles source collection, queues, summaries, and report UI.
  • Users understand "tell me if my website broke or changed".
  • Free checker can feed signups.
  • Agency use case supports multi-domain value.

Risks:

  • Noisy alerts can destroy trust.
  • Paid APIs and browser workers need cost controls.
  • It must stay out of vulnerability-scanner territory.

Trackpal

Opportunity: Strong business SaaS candidate if it stays narrow: agency budget pacing and store pulse templates.

Why:

  • Agencies have a concrete pain around client spend and disconnected accounts.
  • Template-driven dashboards avoid the dashboard-builder trap.
  • Current repo appears to have a first implementation slice.

Risks:

  • Provider API approvals can slow delivery.
  • OAuth and token handling must be secure.
  • Too many templates too early will dilute the product.

BigQuery Atlas

Opportunity: Niche but valuable SaaS/data product for public BigQuery users.

Why:

  • Public BigQuery metadata and change history are under-served.
  • The evidence-first crawler/cataloguer architecture is distinctive.
  • D1/R2 can keep early runtime costs low.

Risks:

  • Target market may be smaller than owner/agency tools.
  • BigQuery quota and large-project behaviour require careful bounds.

DataStitcher

Opportunity: Less a single SaaS and more a product factory for data products.

Why:

  • The platform can generate multiple public dashboards, data APIs, and lead magnets.
  • Semantic registry and docs generation can be a moat.

Risks:

  • High implementation complexity.
  • Public-sector sources are messy and source-specific.
  • Value depends on picking one strong first data product.

Bollocks Radar

Opportunity: Public-good product first; SaaS later only if a buyer/use case is clear.

Why:

  • Claim search and source attribution are socially useful.
  • Widgets/API or monitoring could have value for communicators or publishers.

Risks:

  • Legal/reputational wording risk.
  • Fact-check API coverage is incomplete.
  • Monetisation is less obvious than SiteIntel or Trackpal.

Codex Sessions Analyser

Opportunity: Internal accelerator first, developer tool later.

Why:

  • Directly improves AI-agent development quality and cost visibility.
  • Local-first privacy boundary is strong.

Risks:

  • Commercial customer and distribution are unclear.
  • Raw log sensitivity makes hosted SaaS a bad default.
